agreed to have read and understood the terms provided below

• general •

> Unless otherwise agreed, you cannot reproduce the commissions for commercial use.> I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes, blockchain-related technology, e.g. NFTs or cryptocurrency. You cannot upload it to any AI sites to teach AI.> If the commission is needed for a specific date, we can discuss it and it may or may not have an additional rush fee depending on my schedule.

DO'S:
Original Characters [Ocs], fanart, real people, Couples / Oc x CanonDON'TS:
nsfw, heavy gore [e.g. decapitation], heavy mecha / armorMAYBE'S
mild gore [e.g. blood splatters], humanoid furries, sonic characters, mlp characters

• payment / refund •

> Payment via Paypal Invoice [USD], Gcash or Ko-FI> Payment is upfront [ Partial / Full ], I will start the commission after payment is received.> Payment must be done within 48 hours or the slot will be lost.> Commissions are non-refundable. However, it is refundable if either I, for whatever reason could not work on your commission anymore [partial / full, it will depend on the progress of the commission OR I have yet to start on your commission.]

• copyright and usage •

I, The artist:
> reserve the right to use the commissioned work for portfolio/samples in the future.> to post the finished commission on social media unless specifically requested by the client.> reserve the right to decline a commission

You, The client:
> may repost or use to social media under the condition that credit is provided.> may use the artwork only for themselves, eg. printed posters> may not remove the artist's watermark on the artwork.> may not sell the artwork anywhere.

• commercial use •

> I accept commercial commissions, the minimum price is increased by 100%, 2x of the original price. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem it fit.> The following are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately. [in where you receive profit where you have posted my artwork, eg. Patreon, Youtube, business cards, etc]> More will be discussed thru dm's / emails

• additional notes •

> completion time: less than a week to one (1) month, it depends on each project.> after payment, a sketch/draft of the commission will be given.> if needed, please let me know if you do not want me to post your commission [ at all or at the moment ], more will be discussed privately.> there is no limit for revisions up until the colouring stage, but not past that.> the final artwork will be sent thru email or which ever the client prefers to receive the final product.

• additional •

- max of two (2) characters per illustration for the time being- additional character: +50% base price- complex backgrounds: +50% base price [anything other than gradients / plain colours / small designs]
