| GENERAL |

| I have the right to decline a commission if the client fails to comply with the rules, has made me uncomfortable/feel disrespected, or if I am unable to comply with the client's request. |
| I do NOT allow my art to be used for AI purposes, blockchain-related technology, e.g. NFTs or cryptocurrency. You cannot upload it to any AI sites to teach AI. |
| Unless agreed otherwise, you cannot reproduce the commissions for commercial use. |
| If needed, please let me know if you do not want me to post your commission [ at all or at the moment ], more will be discussed privately. |
| Payment & Refunds |

| Payment is upfront [ Partial / Full ], I will start the commission after payment is received. |
| Full Payment: The client is required to make full payment before work on the commission can commence. |
| Partial Payment: The client is required to pay 50% of the full amount before work on the commission can start. The remaining 50% will be requested and paid upon the finalization of the commission. |
| Payment must be made within 48 hours; otherwise, the slot will be lost. |
| Commissions are non-refundable. However, it is refundable if either I, for whatever reason, cannot work on your commission anymore [partial/full, it will depend on the progress of the commission OR if I have yet to start on your commission. ] |
| Payment Methods: Paypal Invoice [ for international clients ], GCash [ for local clients ] |
| If there is a deadline for a commission, A rush fee will be added to the final total. More will be discussed through dm's. |

• Copyright and Usage •

| Retain all copyright to my art. |
| Reserve the right to use the commissioned work for portfolio/samples in the future. |
| To post the finished commission on social media, unless specifically requested by the client. |
| You, The client, |

| May repost or use it on their social media under the condition that credit is provided. |
| May use the artwork only for themselves, eg, printed posters |
| May not remove the artist's watermark on the artwork. |
| May not sell the artwork anywhere. |
| Commercial Use |

| I accept commercial commissions; the minimum price is increased by 100%, 2x the original price. |
| The following are considered commercial uses: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately. [ in where you receive profit, where you have posted my artwork, eg, Patreon, YouTube, business cards, etc.] |

| 6, 9, 12, etc Emotes are counted as +$15, as long as it's multiplied by 3s |
| 10, 15, 20, etc Emotes are counted as +$25, as long as it's multiplied by 5s |
| If it's not multiplied by 3s or 5s, a single additional emote is +$8 |
| EX. $38 for 7 Emotes = ( $15 x 2 from the 3 Emote Bundle ) + ($8 for an additional single emote.) |
